I explain what happened in the sessions as well as what I would do to prepare, and how I would process afterwards. There are different approaches therapists take, and I’m not saying this way is the only or best way, but I do make a suggestion in the video that you want a therapist who, in their relationship with you, reverses the dynamics of abuse.
